Various important fixes and stability fix for Windows

This update disables my logically sound but practically broken network interpolation system as it was causing the Windows client to crash after several seconds of running. Other fixes include:
x prevent client player from firing after death
x ai targetting closest player - including client players
x Combine update client player pos and dir
x fix client rocket angle
x fix client rocket anim
