Quiet Release - Christmas Hats and Small Fixes

It's the Christmas month!

I had planned to have Christmas music and a snow effect, but as I'm focusing on working on my other game, Gravity Flux, these features won't be here for this Christmas :( However there are Christmas (Santa) hats!

Perhaps next Christmas there will be some more Christmas-themed addons..

The main improvements since last build:

* Fixed hat placement on high resolutions

* Preliminary gamepad support - works for player movement and aiming, not in menus (yet)
